Who Are We?
TBXH evolved from the old Business Xchange Hub in Lansdowne Road. We have been, and still are the first workspace to lead the way by mixing all types of business together to create a real community. With a café, beauty & therapy rooms, social activities, hairdressers, a pod casting studio, offices, co-working and a whole floor dedicated to meetings and events, we have everything you need in one place.
Our History ...
Back in 2017 The Business Xchange Hub opened its doors as a meanwhile use project, dipping its toe into the co-working and serviced office market with 12000 sq ft of space. With a slow start, things started to turn around. With the arrival of a new team , their experience in both the field of meetings and events coupled with the office market bought a new vision and a new future for the business. Bespoke offices, meeting rooms, therapy rooms, a hairdresser and smaller, private co-working areas were born, and the business expanded to 27000 sq ft of diverse businesses, with a great community and excellent reputation.We survived the covid 19 outbreak, by supporting our members with grant applications, downsizing where needed and subsidising rents to encourage small businesses to step back out into an uncertain world again. In 2023 the building was sold, and it was time for a decision
Our New Home
Together with a community of loyal members, a team of supportive and friendly staff, and a dedicated builder, in September 2023 we took on the unenviable task of refurbishing 30,0000 sq ft of office space in 6 weeks to make a home for the new TBXH at Sunley House.

We opened our doors in October 2023, (with a few snagging areas!) moved continuing members across from the old site and are proud to say we reached full capacity in March 2024. We are now embarking on another 10,000 sq ft refurbishment to accommodate our waiting list and open up our world of working to more new members.
Our Community
TBXH is special, not only because of its offer but because of it's members. Without them there would be no TBXH because they really are the heart of our business. The daily interactions between them and us creates our unique community, we have even provided an area just for them! The addition of our ground floor communal area, home to not only a pool table, but air hockey, table football, board games and books, creates a space to relax over a drink, have your lunch and get to know your co-workers. We believe that you spend a long time working and it should be an experience to embrace and enjoy. From the feedback from our tenants and members, they feel the same.

To show our appreciation we offer weekly breakfasts for all members, Thirsty Thursdays, a pool league, regular social activities & events, networking, as well as discounted membership to MYPT Gym and our own café. Add to that our weekly food trucks, celebrations of National Food Days and you just have to chat to anyone here to discover why our community is unrivalled.
